Derek Kronemeyer

I've been a software developer for six years, and what I care about most is getting the details right, whether that's a database migration or verifying a claim someone made in a meeting. I like digging into maps and data just to see what they actually say, there's something satisfying about finding a real answer instead of assuming one. I sit on Stratford's Planning, Development, and Heritage Committee, and I'm also involved with a couple of local non-profits, the Stratford Area Watershed Improvement Group and the Forte Men's Choir, because I think it matters for young people to actually show up and be involved in their community. I live right here in Stratford with my wife Christina who runs the Pink Crow Music Studio. I just think good decisions start with good information, so I'd rather check for myself than take someone's word for it.
